Role Expectations
As a Client Success Associate, you will take on a dual role, combining essential administrative functions with key client success responsibilities. You'll support both our clients and assist a manager with their client base, ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction. In addition to managing client interactions, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the manager by overseeing their daily tasks. This includes tracking client communications, sending reminders for upcoming meetings, and following up to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently. Success in this role requires someone who is proactive in managing tasks and comfortably nudges senior team members to keep workflows on track and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities Assist with general client outreach and maintain project updates in the system.Support Senior Manager by managing her daily schedule, including client communications and meeting reminders.Follow up to ensure client meetings and tasks are completed as scheduled.Handle client complaints effectively and provide exceptional customer service.Work closely with the Client Success, Tax Operations and Tax Management Teams to achieve departmental goals.Requirements 2+ years of experience in sales or client-facing roles.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Excellent communication skills and a friendly phone manner.Proven ability to handle challenging client situations and resolve issues effectively.Comfortable working with and supporting senior team members to ensure smooth operations.Why GG?
