Role Overview: Manage the consistent delivery of VM standards and performance throughout the fascia, driving the strategy set out by the business by producing visual and commercial direction in the form of VM directives.
You will support directions set by the senior team and ensure the implementation of initiatives and retail opportunities are setup throughout retail to achieve the highest level of visual merchandising and profitability across all stores.
Key role and responsibilitiesmake sure a consistent level of visual competence is evident across all designated store Visual merchandising Help coordinate the visual direction and communicate out to all stores Implement store layouts, composition, commerciality with regards to trends/market conditions Support stores ensuring they are commercially and visually to a high standard Ensure new Initiatives and Incentives, are captured and executed correctly to maximise sales Produce Vmpack directive –liaise with other departments to create an engaging clear and concise document Communication and Vision Provide an effective and fluid network of communication between retail team and stores - through weekly updates, teams calls, catch ups The communication of new ideas and initiatives to promote the ongoing development of size?
Provide clear and constructive feedback at all times Feedback reports after every retail visit providing senior personal an insight into the store and a clear summary of actions People and talent Contribute to the Design and Delivery of Visual Training documents Help coordinate constructing a Vm platform Encourage Field VM's to deliver high standard of work to feature in vmpack Work with field team to develop skills within VM Identify and Nurture key VM individuals Travel and movements Manage and plan own movements with business activity in mind Support new store openings which will require travel and stays away Weekly stores visits which can include stay overs EU travel required Conduct yourself in a Professional manner at all times and lead by example The Company: Established in 2000, size?
