The Offer- Work alongside & learn from best in class talent- Excellent career development opportunities- Leadership RoleThe JobYou will be responsible for :- Writing well-designed, testable and efficient code utilizing modern technologies such as .NET / C#, React / Next.js, React Native and more.- Mentoring Junior developers.- Leading projects of simple to moderate complexity under the guidance of Senior Developers- Gathering and evaluating user feedback.- Working as a part of a dynamic team to deliver winning products as part of a Kanban team.- Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.- Participating in code reviews, design reviews and standups.The Profile- You possess a Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.- You have at least 2 years experience, ideally within a Software Engineer role.- You have working knowledge of either C# / .NET OR React / Next.js (Bonus points for both)- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments- You are capable of working both independently and as part of a team to turn detailed user stories into high-quality, functional code.- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardThe EmployerFounded in 2022, Our client is a rapidly growing full-service software development and staff augmentation company with a focus on empowering small to medium size business to create value through digital excellence.
