The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Writing well-designed, testable and efficient code.
- Gathering and evaluating user feedback.
- Working as a part of a dynamic team to deliver winning products.
- Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.
- Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
- Troubleshooting and debugging to optimise performance.
Ideal Profile
- Experience in managing geo distributed highly available production services
- Familiarity with data center operations Hands on with Prometheus / InfluxDB, Grafana, OpsGenie
- Experience in writing and executing runbooks
- Experience working with Production support - Mandatory
- Should have experience in working with Global teams(24*7) - Mandatory
- Familiarity with Incident management and response process (SLA, SLO, SLI) - Mandatory
- Nice to have Automaton and scripting Experience (Python / Shell)
Network troubleshooting Performance tuning
- Strong experience with : Linux, Ansible, CI / CD, Python or Shell, Kubernetes
- Infrastructure, Monitoring & Debugging
- Strong hands on Linux Administration experience (3+ years).
- Strong monitoring, debugging, troubleshooting skills
