Experience the fun of our courses!We are looking for a Community manager to join our friendly team and take care of our marvelous social media accounts, grow the followers organically, produce awesome content, and launch effective conversion funnels via SM, among others. Duties:
- Effectively manage social media accounts of our projects, create content plans, based on business objectives
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality visual and written content across our social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), communities and blogs,
- Create and implement a content marketing plan to promote the products and events - webinars, educational courses, offline events, etc.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce catching visual and multimedia content for social media and ads
- Oversee Meta campaigns for community growth and reach; build effective audiences, analyze the results
- Collaborate with sales teams, exchange feedback to adjust the organic and paid social media funnels and raise their efficiency
- Process incoming messages from clients, respond accordingly, gather and analyze feedback
- Build effective automatic conversion funnels from followers to new customers based on best practices in the market
- Work with relevant KPIs to analyze the performance of the content media social campaign against goals
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences in social media
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness and trust, i.e. promotions and contests
- Search for potential candidates for partnership and ambassador programs through social media accounts
- Do other activities aimed at effective development and support of existing SM accounts, communities, and blogs
- 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager (preferably in EdTech or FinTech)
- Understanding of modern trends in social media and eagerness to follow them
- Experience launching and directly managing social accounts with up to 1M followers
- Experience with basic video and content editing tools, i.e. Captions, Figma, Canva.
- Excellent project management and communications skills
- Track record of driving the adoption of new ideas and pioneering new approaches within social media channels (including sales funnels)
- Analytic skills, understanding social media KPIs and result-oriented approach; ability to use data to develop and measure social and digital media marketing actions
- Knowledge of managing social media tools such as Sprinkl, Hootsuite, or other tools of insights analysis of social media
- Experience in launching and managing social media paid campaigns (Meta) will be an advantage
