The Senior Marketing Manager of Adult Vaccines at GSK is responsible for leading the marketing strategy and campaign execution for our adult vaccines line. This key role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and increase market share.
Your Responsibilities: Define and lead the marketing strategy for the adult vaccine portfolio.Drive superior execution of programs and plans to bring brand strategies to life, including media, creative development, and digital programs.Collaborate with the sales team to drive strong customer engagement and in-store support.Drive accountability, tracking results on key brands and programs, recommending course correction as necessary based on performance versus Key Performance Indicators.Co-create brand strategy and integrated campaigns with the leadership team, franchise and Vaccine teams.Ensure brand resource allocation across different customer groups. Manage communication across customer groups to ensure adequate touch points at the right frequency.Manage agency and cross-functional relationships at local and global levels to deliver breakthrough results, ensuring the region's needs are addressed within the global matrix.Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Management, health care or equivalent.Proven experience in management and leadership, including sales and marketing, within the biopharmaceutical industry in vaccines or specialities.Experience in data analysis and making decisions based on information.High ability to lead and role-model capabilities to deliver cross-functional projects within high-complexity environments.Business mindset to drive and deliver cross-functional projects with high complexity.Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in sales, marketing or equivalent preferred.Strong project management skills.
