Senior Integrated Producer, Dubai Join our team as a Senior Integrated Producer, driving the creative process of our projects.
You will be responsible for managing the production process of integrated campaigns from concept to completion.
You will be essential in managing production, nurturing client relationships, and fostering the creation of compelling campaign creative.
This role requires project planning and seamless execution, all while upholding the highest standards of quality and creative excellence.
The ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work on time, managing the production process.
Location - Dubai, 4 days a week in our agency office and one from home.
Key responsibilities • Lead the creative development process from inception to final delivery.
• Lead project briefings, budget planning, and scheduling, ensuring all elements are meticulously planned and executed.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends especially in film, photography, and emerging production/creative technologies CGI, AI, AR, Virtual Production etc.
• Line manage, mentor and develop junior producers, supporting their growth and progression within their roles and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external production partners, including production houses, post-production facilities, freelance crew.
• Ensure all projects meet or exceed client expectations and are produced to a high standard.
• Collaborate with the creative team throughout all stages of development and production to ensure projects are executed in line with the creative brief are within budget and they conform with all production protocols.
• Liaise with the in-house Post-Production producer to ensure the appropriate resources and scheduling are in place and quality and consistency is achieved.
• Delivering digital content for social media channels (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok and LinkedIn) in line with the campaign content strategy and brand guidelines.
• Dedicate yourself to finding the best possible suppliers to deliver every job.
• Supervise the production of a variety of creative assets, including video, audio, and digital content.
• Ensure that all creative work meets brand guidelines and maintains high-quality standards, valuing diverse perspectives in our creative output.
• Communicate thoughtfully with clients to understand their needs and offer creative solutions.
• Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Some Experiential experience is desirable.
• Reporting directly into the Head of Production on all projects.
• Assess project risk on an ongoing basis, communicating with Head of production, creative and CS team on production feasibilities and any potential challenges re: time and budget.
• Solutions driven, suggesting agile and cost and time effective options and escalating issues as needed to Head of production.
• Drive projects to completion by keeping the team both on track and highly motivated.
• You will own all aspects of each production you are working on, ensuring projects are adequately managed and completed to agency and clients' expectations with essential QC of all assets.
• A master at budgeting, negotiating and rigorously tracking third-party costs and reconciling projects on time and in budget.
• Liaise with and coordinate multiple third-party suppliers, enforcing preferred supplier agreements.
Working closely with the Head of production, Insurance partners, legal advisors and Finance Director on all contractual negotiations, ensuring the company and its productions are financially sound and legally compliant.
Requirements • Relevant year's experience in a similar role producing multimedia projects of various sizes across broadcast, non-broadcast, content and corporate.
Added bonus of experiential experience.
• Experience working as an Integrated producer in creative, advertising or integrated agencies or within independent production companies.
However agency experience is a requirement.
• Established experience of running a variety of end-to-end integrated projects and campaigns across multiple channels, including – TVC/print/digital/social/radio.
• Proven track record of managing production projects within an agency environment.
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, including sourcing great talent, budget management, and project scheduling.
• A good knowledge of Production Houses, Directors, Photographers, CGI companies and related artists.
• Strong knowledge of copyright laws and usage rights.
• Commercial awareness, with an understanding of budget constraints and resource optimisation.
• Proficient in managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Lead the pre-production, shoot and post production process.
• Attend and manage shoots, sometimes outside the UAE.
• Deep knowledge of industry trends, social best practices and formats.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines while ensuring excellent quality on every project.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and diverse client needs.
• Expertise in budget management and financial reporting.
• Experience of talent negotiations and contracting including working with Influencers and influencer contract negotiations.
• Able to manage multiple projects at any given moment often under aggressive timings.
• Be able to understand client specifications and deliverables and produce detailed quotes and tenders when required.
• Be sociable, positive, resourceful, and commercially minded.
• Have solid negotiation skills.
• You have an extensive network of contacts both UAE and globally.
• Be proactive, self-motivated and enjoy working as part of team.
• A problem solver who enjoys cracking a client or creative brief challenge and often going above and beyond.
• Comfortable to be involved in direct client calls and presentations if required.
• Highly organised, meticulous attention for detail.
