Drive regional marketing activities for the UKI & ANZ markets in a global, fast-growing SaaS company that promotes the decarbonisation of construction, which represents half of all global carbon emissions.
We are hiring a Regional Marketing Specialist to plan and execute awareness and lead generation activities that generate sales pipeline for our UKI market — one of the largest regions globally — as well as lead the marketing strategy for the growing ANZ region.
As a Regional Marketing Specialist, you will be part of the Regional Marketing Team which is responsible for orchestrating all regional marketing activities in our six key regions.
This includes events, webinars, product launch campaigns, and any other local marketing initiatives.
You will report to the Regional Marketing Manager, UKI/ANZ and work closely with other regional marketers and global team members from brand and growth marketing teams.
You will partner up with our regional Business Development team to set winning game plans and priorities to meet our growth targets for the UKI & ANZ markets.
You'll join a supportive, effective and mission-oriented team in a flexible, friendly work environment, and have a great deal of autonomy in your role.
You'll work with a very international team and will also support other functions when necessary.
This full-time, permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in the UK.
What you will do: Plan and implement effective marketing strategies and programs for the UKI & ANZ markets with strong focus on the growing manufacturing vertical.
Manage virtual and in-person events, content, multi-channel campaigns and other local marketing initiatives across the region to drive demand.
Plan, develop and deliver multi-channel content that addresses audience needs and positions One Click LCA as the solution of choice for decarbonisation in construction.
Align closely with the global marketing teams to adapt and leverage brand and growth campaigns for maximum benefit in-region.
Ensure we achieve our revenue targets by tracking weekly regional funnel performance (MQL, SQL, Pipeline) and proactively addressing potential gaps and growth opportunities.
Work closely with the members of the Business Development Team to align on joint goals and outputs to ensure targets are met.
Stay abreast of local construction sustainability requirements, regulations and trends in order to identify relevant opportunities.
What you need: 3+ years experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a SaaS environment.
Understanding of the UKI marketing landscape - gained from at least 3+ years' experience of living and working in the region.
Direct experience planning and executing demand generation campaigns against measurable goals.
Event management experience - organising own events as well as sponsorships at 3rd party trade shows and networking events.
Strong writing and communication skills in English.
Excellent business sense and general marketing acumen.
Clear, direct, timely and relevant communication style.
Good cooperation skills.
Understanding of and passion for sustainability, ideally in the construction sector, but willingness and demonstrable ability to get up to speed with the sector is more important than prior experience.
Hands-on attitude and a drive to get things done and to find practical solutions.
What we offer: Work that contributes to a more sustainable future.
Substantial freedom – with no fixed hours and remote working supported.
Challenges, substantial responsibility and the chance to see the results of your work both in the business and in driving the industry to decarbonise.
Competitive compensation and opportunity for professional development.
A dynamic, friendly, motivated and diverse team of professionals.
