They must possess the skills to evaluate, understand, and meet the company's requirements, demonstrating ease of both oral and written communication, a capacity for learning, flexibility, and a willingness to work collaboratively while respecting established methodologies.

What key duties will you be expected to perform in this position?

- Telephone and in-person reception duties.
- Record and manage calls and visits.
- Supervise the order and cleanliness of common areas within the organization.
- Assist in hotel and flight bookings.
- Conduct translations (English-Spanish and Spanish-English)
for content to be uploaded to the organization's networks.
- Collaborate in the organization of company events.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks.

What qualifications are a must-have for this role?

- Advanced English proficiency or bilingual.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience in similar roles.
- Adhere to a business-appropriate appearance and attire.
- Residency in CABA or nearby areas.
- Availability from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
