We are currently seeking onsite  Order Management Customer Experience  to join our team in Argentina, Buenos Aires.
Our client is an independent and unbiased farmer-to-farmer network of thousands of farms in the United States and Canada.
By enabling thousands of farmers to work together, anonymously and securely to democratize information, the FBN network is helping farmers level the playing field and put power back in farmers' hands.
Job Overview: We are looking for solution-oriented Order Management Customer Experience Representative s to ensure that farmers receive a world class, effortless customer experience throughout the lifecycle of their transactions with FBN Direct.
This role is critical to how we interact with and serve our customers throughout the full order-to-cash process.
Order Management Customer Experience Representatives promote efficiency, self-service, and an effortless customer experience at every opportunity.
Our Order Management Customer Experience Representatives must have a customer-centric approach to problem solving and an ability to command the FBN Direct offering in the United States and Canada.
Responsibilities: Thoroughly understand FBN Direct order-to-cash procedures in the US and Canada and provide global queue support to ensure every customer gets serviced as soon as possible, no matter where they are located.
FBN Direct order-to-cash transaction processing and digital support.
Review and process FBN Direct orders while ensuring the shipments are fulfilled properly and will be delivered on time.
Manage the order flow process from the time of order submission until the order arrives at farm and beyond.
Provide FBN Direct order processing assistance to customers and the FBN sales team.
Seek record-breaking transaction times at every opportunity with the goal of minimizing customer effort and maximizing the customer experience.
Coordinate and execute order fulfillments.
Execute order change requests including swaps, exchanges, and returns.
Intermediate understanding of FBN product offerings, both digital and value-add commercial.
Champion outside-the-box solutions to minimize customer effort Focus on a positive customer experience and retention with every interaction and processed order, leading to retained sales year over year.
Understand the seasonality of the agriculture industry and the impact this can have within each specific territory Log all support cases and activities appropriately in our CRM and ERP systems Requirements and Qualifications: Fluency in the English language, both verbal and written.
Ability to solve complex issues as close to the customer as possible.
Comfortable using technology products/services.
Analytical in nature; motivated by using data to draw conclusions and take action to support a cause.
Proven ability to excel in a self-guided, independent work environment.
A true team player able to effectively balance/manage multiple work streams at any given time.
A willingness to work in a fast-paced, transparent, ever-changing, and competitive environment.
Precision and detail oriented focus while managing against deadlines.
Preferred Skills Experience with CRM or ERP software systems (NetSuite, Salesforce).
Proficient in Google Suite applications.
Previous order processing or transaction management experience.
Exposure to agriculture and farming; a desire to put the farmer first and to go the extra mile to provide the customer with a best-in-class experience.
