We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Amazon FBA Operations and Brand Manager to join our rapidly growing supplement ecommerce brand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing operations and brand strategy, with specific expertise in Amazon FBA and Shopify. They should also have experience in launching new products on Amazon and running external traffic to Shopify.
Key Responsibilities:Operations Management Oversee day-to-day operations of both companies, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all departments Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and scalability Manage inventory, supply chain, and logistics to optimize product availability. Develop new product formulas and identify new product opportunities and launches Work with suppliers and manufacturers to launch new products and secure efficient pricing and costs Brand Management Lead the development and execution of brand strategy across all channels, with a focus on Amazon FBA and Shopify Oversee product portfolio management, including new product development and existing product optimization. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. Have a good eye for product and brand design. E-commerce Platform Management Manage and optimize presence on Amazon, including product listings, A+ content, BSR and advertising campaigns. You will not need to manage ads directly, but work with a PPC manager and you should understand what they are doing. Oversee the Shopify store, ensuring a seamless user experience and implementing conversion rate optimization strategies Analyze performance metrics across platforms and implement data-driven improvements Monitor Google Analytics and Google Search Console Manage promotions and sales events Team Leadership
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement Work with content / social media manager to ensure the social and online presence is growing. Coordinate promotional and sales strategies. Work with PPC manager to grow the brand and improve sales Experience in e-commerce operations and brand management, preferably in Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central / FBA and Shopify platforms Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO and social media marketing Experience in product development and lifecycle management Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong leadership and communication abilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
