We are seeking a highly skilled, passionate, and motivated Marketing Operations Manager in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to join the global Marketing Technology & Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing workflows, implementing automation processes, overseeing the creation of HTML email templates, and effectively coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns. The Marketing Operations Manager will ensure that no lead is left behind, every marketing touch point is attributable, and our sales, marketing and product stacks work together perfectly. We're looking for someone who has deep experience with Salesforce, marketing automation as well as the broader marketing tech stack and related marketing KPIs.
The Marketing Operations Manager will play a critical role in optimizing our marketing efforts and driving business growth.
What you'll do: Manage end-to-end workflow processes for marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlinesEstablish and maintain scalable marketing operations processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead managementDevelop and analyze multi-touch attribution dashboards on marketing sourced/influenced pipeline to optimize marketing performance and budget investment across all acquisition channelsWork cross-functionally with Life Cycle Marketing, Sales Ops, Analytics and Data to develop a holistic view of our revenue funnel from first touch through to closed won with clear attribution of marketing ROIEnsure our systems and processes are set up to ensure we are collecting the right data in the right way at the right timeDevelop global processes to manage database hygiene and optimization and partner with Sales Ops, CRM and Digital Marketing to improve gaps in data healthUnderstand the customer journey, lead flows and routing through our systems and oversee the buildout, enrichment, and assignment of leadsDevelop and maintain HTML email templates for various marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in design and brand identityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, establish project timelines, and allocate resources effectivelyImplement marketing automation tools and processes to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiencyMonitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for further testing and optimizationMaintain a deep understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing, workflow management, and marketing automationAct as a liaison between Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communicationTrain and mentor team members on HTML coding, workflow management tools, and automation platformsWhat we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Marketo, or PardotExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insightsProven experience in HTML coding and the creation of responsive email templatesEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamDetail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work within established timelinesAbility to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that balance business needs and system maintainabilityAnalytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively when creating reports or dashboardsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to earn trust and respect from peersHigh enthusiasm and motivation to work within a fast-paced, international environmentPositive disposition with high energy, self-directed team playerNot a must, but a great advantage: Accreditations in Marketo, Braze or similarPrior experience in a similar role within the finance industry is preferred but not requiredRelevant certifications in marketing automation or project management would be a plusJoin the Payoneer Family - check out Our Values and apply today!
