Position: Marketing Manager – Online Gaming Industry
Onsite: Zona Norte, Buenos Aires.
Salary: ARS 3.5 MM to 4MM gross/month + benefits
About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join a top-tier company in the online gaming and sports entertainment sector. This role will involve setting and achieving strategic marketing goals, developing market-specific action plans, and working closely with creative and product teams to drive brand growth and customer engagement in targeted regions.
Qualifications: 7+ years in a marketing management role, preferably in the online or digital sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Background or previous experience insports and the online gaming industry.
Fluent in English (B2+/C1+ and native Spanish)
Strong commercial sense with an entrepreneurial spirit and strategic thinking.
Proficiency in data analysis and a metrics-driven approach to decision-making.
A passion for designing and implementing innovative projects that align with KPIs and drive growth.
Excellent ability to communicate plans and inspire teams to achieve marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities: Set Marketing Goals: Establish clear marketing objectives (such as site traffic, new customer registrations, conversions, and customer lifetime value) in line with the company's larger financial targets and in coordination with the regional manager.
Strategize and Plan Campaigns: Formulate tactical plans, including brand positioning, media selection, and campaign scheduling, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Creative Development and Localization: Partner with external creative agencies to develop and adapt all marketing assets (TV, digital, on-site) to resonate with the local audience, ensuring all creative materials are effective and relevant.
Budget Management: Propose, execute, monitor, and manage the marketing budget, maintaining alignment with key performance targets.
Product Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to ensure that all products and services align with local market expectations and standards.
Content Quality Control: Supervise content teams to guarantee high-quality and consistent communications across all customer touchpoints.
Campaign Monitoring: Track, evaluate, and report on the performance of all marketing activities (TV, digital, on-site, affiliate networks), taking corrective actions when necessary to meet goals.
Competitive Analysis: Keep an eye on competitors' activities, including their marketing, product, and compliance strategies, and collaborate with HQ on broader market research initiatives.
Agency and Partner Coordination: Manage local and global agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution of the marketing strategy.
Reporting: Generate insights and reports on campaign performance for the country manager and senior leadership.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing initiatives adhere to local regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a local marketing team while representing the company in industry events and partnerships.
