Your role:
Accenture is looking for a strategic thinker who loves to brainstorm and solve challenges around M+C Plan and partner with function leadership to take what we have built in Accenture M+C for Marketing Planning to our clients. While there will never be a typical day at Accenture, here's a look at some of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: M+C Plan business process and requirements ownership: Serve as the business owner subject matter expert for Synops for M+C Plan. Understand the functionality and roadmap requirements and work with the implementation team to define functionality/updates for each release based on the corporate function priorities. Present key updates to the M+C Plan user community in knowledge sharing sessions and open doors; work with the change management team to develop awareness, knowledge and competence on M+C Plan tool and processes. Accenture Marketing Planning as a Service Leadership: Work with Function Leadership to take what has been developed in Accenture M+C for Marketing Planning and package it as a service that can be offered to our clients. Identify and fully develop the key functionality, levels of service, pricing, target clients, and staffing model. Support senior leadership as they take the Marketing Planning as a Service concept on roadshows and present to other entities within Accenture and at clients. Basic Qualifications Education: 4 year college degree
Work Experience: 10+ years business experience, working in a complex organization, ideally in a marketing environment but with a focus/interest in marketing operations excellence
Professional Skills Experience working in a Business to Business Marketing function, preferably in a large corporate setting; experience in marketing planning a plus Executive presence and experience working with very senior executives Demonstrated leadership in corporate, professional setting Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills in a professional setting Appetite to familiarize yourself with what the team and function does so you can best represent our collective voice and influence on our behalf Takes point and leads Willing to roll up sleeves and get in the trenches when necessary Ability to troubleshoot and get in front of potential issues Supports connectivity and relationships across the team, function and Accenture Simplifies the complex Please consider submitting only resumes in English.
