Position: Digital Marketing Expert Location: Remote
Job Description: As a Digital Marketing Expert, you'll manage campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, establish lead scoring models, analyze performance using tools like PowerBI and Google Analytics, and work closely with content and community teams to enhance targeting and engagement.
Responsibilities: Campaign Design & Management: Design, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to achieve monthly SQL goals. Lead Scoring & Audience Targeting: Develop a lead scoring system to ensure high-quality SQLs, and perform in-depth audience segmentation to sharpen our targeting. Analyze & Optimize: Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, PowerBI, and Hotjar to analyze data, improving campaign cost-effectiveness and conversion rates. Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work alongside our Content team, Community Manager, and Digital Content Creator to align messaging and create impactful campaign assets. Advanced Prospecting: Leverage AI-powered tools, Hotjar, Semrush, and Ahrefs to gain insights, monitor competitors, and build effective retargeting strategies. Report & Communicate: Provide regular reports that highlight progress, insights, and opportunities for improvement, keeping leadership informed on campaign performance. Mandatory Skills: Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or relevant work experience). 5+ years in digital marketing with proven success in B2B lead generation. Advanced English is a must. Proficiency with HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Semrush, Airtable, PowerBI, Ahrefs, and Hotjar. Experience managing B2B campaigns in English-speaking markets. Knowledge in lead scoring and audience segmentation, with a strategic, data-driven approach. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
