Are you ready to join a team of young professionals at a high growth start-up? StratDev Digital Marketing is looking for a dynamic and qualified individual to join our in-house team at our full-stack digital marketing agency as a Digital Marketing Associate. This is a versatile role that will include a variety of tasks across multiple projects, including both internal and client initiatives. The position is 40 hours a week and is entirely remote. Your hours of availability will be 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, Pacific (Los Angeles) Time (PST) with a 1 hour break allocated whenever you choose to take it. You will be reporting directly to the Project Managers.
This job requires an intermediate level of proficiency with a wide variety of software, as well as the willingness and ability to develop skills in others. Strong people skills, organizational, software, and deadline management skills are essential to your success. While tasks will vary from day to day, you will often be performing administrative and organizational tasks, working within our project management software (ClickUp), generating/sending client-facing documentation, data analysis and reports, creating/designing client-facing marketing creatives, creating/posting internal marketing and sales content, and more.

Digital Marketing Associate Responsibilities: Organizational and administrative tasks with established deadlines. Generating marketing-related reports and documentation for various client initiatives. Supporting the project managers with project organization through project management software (ClickUp). Assisting Project Managers with employee and contractor relationships to complete projects. Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities. Creating, editing, designing, and posting marketing/sales collateral, both internally and externally. Conducting market research, competitor research, and go-to-market research and analysis. Updating internal databases, spreadsheets, and documentation. Providing regular updates to the Project Manager(s) regarding campaign statuses. Writing and developing client personas and brand elements. Digital Marketing Associate Requirements: 1+ years experience in marketing business intelligence, marketing, digital marketing, advertising, project management, or a related field. Ability to use and quickly learn software/tools such as ClickUp, Figma, Canva, WordPress, Instantly, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc. Strong writing and written communication skills, including the ability to draft and edit documents in English. Understanding of basic marketing principles and techniques, especially regarding web design, SEO, paid media, social media, marketing strategy, email marketing, and outreach marketing. Working knowledge of design, UX/UI, and other design principles. Working knowledge of graphic design/video production with tools such as Canva, Figma (preferred), etc. Proficient in business productivity tools including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Slack, ClickUp, etc. Advanced written and spoken English skills (C1 or higher preferred). Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines. Excellent communication and organizational skills (a must). Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.
