Main Purpose Responsible for the Regional design and execution of the Integrated Marketing plan, brand building activities and projects to deliver the Customer Experience of the Seminis brand to aggressively increase Seminis brand presence while supporting Bayer's vision for agriculture. Develop the campaigns to retain, develop and acquire customers in the open field segment in Southern Cone, sub-region of SAM. Act as the Voice of the Customer within the organization to drive solutions that target their needs and challenges.
Your mission Will be to Execute ongoing analysis, market knowledge and competitive analysis that drives profound market understanding and identify growth opportunities for segment; report and apply findings and insights Actively s upport and contribute the broader customer marketing strategy and Segment strategy through analyzing and evaluating customer insights and country market environment development for the next years and deriving and sharing appropriate conclusions Enable the right portfolio strategy at regional level by providing market knowledge, customer insights and reflecting customer needs in our systems and address them in the right platforms Drive the development and execution of the integrated customer campaigns aligned with the customer journey and relevant customer insights in collaboration with other key functions Partner with Communications Manager to c reate relevant content and manage the available digital channels following the Digital Roadmap and covering needs accross the chain while bringing new solutions Support defining Integrated & Tailored solutions for customers (Seed, CP, Services) and actively help concept development, implementation and commercialization Map out the desired customer experience, ensure awareness and support its realization across all functions Ensures consistency and diligent use of corporate guidelines in branding and institutional image and stationary material across the area Developing Partnership programs and incentives in indirect and direct markets to support channel partners in being more successful and aligned to our strategy Lead Pricing discussions and alignment within the Commercial Team Active partcipation and leadership in various projects (eg.: Growth, GTM reviews) Responsible tracking SG&A spending associated to promotion in the region Active contribution to S&OP: actions to bridge gaps Development of value propositions for new launches based on value added , technical results , c ustomer feedbacks and cross-functional input Execute ongoing analysis, market knowledge and competitive analysis that drives profound market understanding and Unlock your Potencial Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, MBA or related graduate studies preferred. Minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing and/or sales experience Demonstrated ability to develop and implement business and marketing strategies to achieve business goals for profitable growth of a branded product at retail Customer oriented mindset Strong economic thinking skills and business orientation Excellent leadership, organizational, time management skills, and superior communication skills Ability to work within the matrix and with cross functional teams Creative and innovative, able to work in hands on in a fast-paced complex environment 25% travel required Site: Costanera (Chile) or Munro (Argentina) YOUR APPLICATION
