Who we are looking for:We are seeking a creative and passionate Community Manager to join our team and work for a prominent automotive company renowned for its innovation and excellence in the industry. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our presence on social media, engaging with our community, and strengthening the relationship between our brand and our followers.
What you'll do:Create and execute content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, aligned with brand objectives and market trends.Actively manage all brand social media accounts, including content creation, post scheduling, and comment moderation.Monitor conversations on social media and Social Listening platforms, and proactively respond to comments, maintaining a positive brand image.Regularly analyze social media performance and use data and metrics to optimize strategies and achieve community growth and engagement goals.Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, technology, and the automotive industry to identify content and engagement opportunities.What you'll need:Graduated or near graduation in Advertising/Communication or related fields.Proven previous experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to draft persuasive and engaging content.Solid knowledge of major social media platforms and management tools, as well as an understanding of best practices and trends in social media.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet established deadlines.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to evaluate and generate analysis reports.Creativity and initiative to differentiate the brand in a competitive environment.Knowledge of Social Listening tools (desirable).Verbal and written communication skills in English.Experience with Sprinklr and Brandwatch is desirable.Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
