Key responsibilities Continuously analyze the potential of existing customers and assist in developing and executing a sales strategy for work tools in export markets (currently mainly active in France). Analyze specific working conditions and application areas at customer sites and provide proactive advice (with support from the Product Manager Work Tools Service). Manage and expand the existing customer portfolio. Anticipate the needs of (potential) customers and follow up on your projects from A to Z. Regular travel (approximately 1 week per month) is part of the job. Requirements A bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience (e.g., in a technical field). Strong affinity with earthmoving machinery and their attachments. Sales experience, preferably in the earthmoving sector, is a plus. Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written (C2). Ability to work independently and solve problems. Customer-focused and proactive. Dynamic, flexible, and sociable. Professional communication skills with various stakeholders, even in challenging situations.
