As the Brand Manager for Colgate-Palmolive, you will develop and implement brand strategies in partnership with leadership, using sound analytics and insights. You'll manage all business financials, including brand P&L budgeting and tracking. You will be responsible for volume and profit delivery on the brand/product line. You are responsible to drive excellent execution of the agreed support plan. You will lead innovation & renovation projects with the cross-functional team. You will act proactive on the brand performance and eager to identify new opportunities to drive additional growth. You are the one to lead the brand's consumer marketing budget and demonstrate an efficient and effective investment approach. You are the key contact to lead business decisions and present related activities to Senior Management for review and direction setting. You will lead commercialization and build business plans for new product opportunities in collaboration with Retail Marketing & Customer Development, Finance and CS&L teams. You will handle/support the full APM of on brand/product line and coordinate long term brand strategies and planning. What you will do Develop and implement brand strategies in partnership with leadership, using sound analytics and insights Manage all business financials, including brand P&L budgeting and tracking Understand, analyze and leverage company, channel, category, consumer and shopper data effectively Lead innovation projects with the cross-functional team Handle/Support the full APM of on brand/product line in customer/trade data collection and Lead commercialization and build business plan for new product opportunities in collaboration with Retail Marketing & Customer Development, Finance and CS&L teams Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or related fields; preferably in Economics, Management 3 years experience in Marketing/Trade, Marketing Advance English Level Nielsen program knowledge Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs) Project management experience and e xperience working in consumer good products Our Commitment to Sustainability
