Hello potential future Oatly employee.
It's us, the original oat drink company that started in Sweden nearly 30 years ago and we need more brilliant minds to come work with us to keep the momentum going and the oat drink flowing.

Basically, we exist to make it easy for people to eat better and live healthier lives without recklessly taxing the planet's resources in the process.

As our Brand Lead in Denmark, you are invested with a very clear mission: keep Oatly cool and relevant in your market by identifying and planning where and when to show up in local culture.
You will be embedded in the local market and working hand in hand with the Oatly Department of Mind Control (ODMC) to develop and implement campaigns in the most impactful way.
Your job is to understand the commercial side of the business, identify local intel and insights, and ensure effective brand amplification through collaborations, activations, events, and plenty of locally relevant weirdness.
You spend your time seeking out opportunities in culture and in the nooks and crannies of your market to make sure our finger remains firmly on the pulse.
When needed, you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting things done, loving getting into the details, craft and execution of every implementation.
Your #1 focus is the Brand , which makes you the local custodian of one of world's most un-explainable yet deeply resonating brand and voice.
You are super knowledgeable about all things Oatly in your market because you build and nurture strong relationships and on-going dialogue with all internal Oatly stakeholders (Creative, Event, Barista Market Developers, General Manager, Sales, Sustainability, Nutrition, etc).
Your ability to create effective relationships will be directly proportional to your success in this role.

Provide strategic support to the GM, ECD and Commercial Brand Lead Nordics with regards to local cultural and consumer relevance and insights.
Enable dialogue, alignment and collaboration with your assigned regional creative team (Creative Project Lead creatives) and central ODMC functions (Media, Comms, Social, etc) to ensure the strategic priorities of your market are fed into the system and the output is calibrated for maximum amplification.
Keep up to date on the local commercial issues and apply that knowledge through a brand lens.

Bonus points if you know Copenhagen like the back of your hand.
A proficient and cool-headed multi-tasker who is comfortable with ambiguity.
A responsive and collaborative team member able to communicate personably and positively.
A skilled problem solver.

YOUR APPLICATION: As you can probably tell, we're a norm-breaking company.
For us, diversity and differences are an obvious asset.
We know that amazing candidates can sometimes be put off applying for a job unless they can tick every box, and that makes us really sad.
So please trust your gut and apply if it feels right.
We treat all candidates equally: If you are interested, please apply through our application system - any correspondence should come from there.
This will ensure that the candidate experience is smooth and fair to everyone!
