How you will contribute to our magical experience: We are looking for a dedicated Affiliate and Distribution Partners Planning Support professional to join our team. This position is responsible for the operational support of the Planning team, focusing on revenue analysis and reporting for affiliates and distribution partners. The role involves coordinating with Legal, Tax, and OTC departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
The Growth & Retention Analytics Analyst will be responsible for: Provide high quality insights to boost data-driven decisions that will help develop advertising strategies and will lead business growth from a subscriber retention perspective.Identify opportunities of audience/business growth, as well as efficiencies. Manage and design analytical reports with quantitative methods, create dashboards and automated solutions for the advertising stakeholders in the company.Build own benchmarks for KPI monitoring, expectations alignments and results analysis.Detect risks and flaws to drive solutions, and leverage opportunities to grow.Partnering with Business Development, Advertising, Finance, Operations and Marketing teams and support them in an ongoing basis for decision making. Communicate complex data findings in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.What we need from you to be part of this story: At least 1 year of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.Degree in Actuary, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or related fields and an active participation in Data Analytics / Data Science courses.Preferred Industries: Entertainment and fintech.Advanced level of English.Advanced skills using SQL tools is a must (Microsoft SQL, Snowflake or similar).Experience in data visualization tools.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong communicator with the ability to evaluate and refine stakeholder requests.Highly organized and efficient.
