Workshop Controller Overview Our Mercedes-Benz Stevenage Retail Centre is actively looking for enthusiastic individuals excited to join our ever-growing automotive family. As a Workshop Controller at Group 1 Automotive, you will have the opportunity to work with an exciting brand.
What you will be doing? Responsible for the day-to-day running of the workshop. Ensuring the service and repair technicians achieve their daily targets. Assisting the service managers in ensuring the department provides the best possible service to the customers. Achieving agreed profits and retention levels. What we are looking for? Full UK Driving Licence. Motor Industry experience in a similar role is essential. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work to timescales effectively. Keen eye for detail, good communication, and a passion for delivering great customer service. Experience in a main dealer environment. Strong industry knowledge. Ability to work under pressure.
