You will be part of the

BENELUX

IPRO team (which stands for Innovation & Productivity Realization office) in the Operations department and will report to the Team lead Activity Management. The IPRO team manages innovations and renovations (and all other product changes) all the way from the ideation and development of our products to the planning and delivery of them on our customer shelves.

You are the

Supply Chain expert

in cross-functional teams of projects that result in new or changing products and/ or packaging,

Act as

single point of contact

with the factories and the internal Operations department,

Work in cross-functional teams with IPRO PMO, Marketing, Sales, R and Finance and collaborate on a daily basis with other Operations teams (Customer Service, Planning, Master Data and Quality),

Create and animate

the operational timeline and

warn


about risks and deviations from the plan; all the way from setting up the Master Data to shipping to our customer warehouses,

Support the Supply Planning team

Ensure on-time delivery

of all agreed and resourced projects within cost and quality parameters.
