Business Development Manager

Job Description: This is a consultancy firm in market expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate strategy, helping businesses unlock their full potential. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive our growth initiatives. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and develop strategies to expand our market presence.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor and report on business development performance metrics.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in consulting or professional services.
- Proven track record of achieving business development targets.
- Strong network within the industry and excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
