What role you will play in our teamThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in producing high-quality video content from concept to completion. This role requires excellent project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
What you will doAs the Video Production Specialist, you will be responsible for many aspects of video production, including pre-production, production, post-production, and distribution.
About YouMore than 10 years of production experience working as a director of photography / editorBachelor's degree in video production, film, communications, or similar disciplineAbility to troubleshoot production challenges and find creative solutionsStrong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple projects under pressure with tight deadlines and requirements with strict version/quality controlCreative self-starter with visual storytelling experience through multimediaAbility to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines while building collaborative relationships with a large network of global colleaguesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish is requiredPreferred Qualifications/ExperienceAbility to manage multiple projects under pressure with tight deadlines and requirements with strict quality controlCreative leader with visual storytelling experience through multimediaAbility to lead a team to meet deadlines while building collaborative relationships with a large network of international colleaguesDemonstrated experience in video editing, graphic design and motion graphicsAn ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
