What role you will play in our teamThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative direction, graphic design and video production. This role requires excellent project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
What you will doAs the creative team lead, you will be responsible for all aspects of the creative process, including directing the work of a team of designers and video production professionals.
About YouMore than 10 years of experience working as a creative director, video production specialist, graphic designer or related positionBachelor's degree in graphic design, broadcast production, communications or similar disciplineExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish is requiredAbility to troubleshoot and find creative solutionsStrong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skillsPreferred Qualifications/ExperienceAbility to manage multiple projects under pressure with tight deadlines and requirements with strict quality controlCreative leader with visual storytelling experience through multimediaAbility to lead a team to meet deadlines while building collaborative relationships with a large network of international colleaguesDemonstrated experience in video editing, graphic design and motion graphicsAn ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
