Job Description - UI/UX Designer (MER00039OQ)
Objectives:Use your creativity to create new user experiences and innovative ideas that will shake up the world and disrupt industries.
Create stunning, fresh, innovative and inspiring visuals and UX that push the DNA of Mercedes-Benz & Joint Venture brand to the next level.
Conceive and design future enhancements of in-car user interfaces & mobile apps.
Develop design strategies and research cultural, social and technology trends.
Qualifications:Bachelor's/Master's degree in industrial/media/interaction design, computer science (focus computer graphics) or related fields.5+ years of professional experience in creative agency, IT or automotive company, video games industry or similar enterprises.Excellent Visual and Interaction Design skills proven by an outstanding design portfolio.Creative thinking and strong collaboration & team work spirit.Proficient in industry standard design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Protopie, etc.Sufficient English communication skills (Chinese or German are a plus).Ability to work proactively, conduct self-guided work and learn new tools.Preferred additional qualifications: Knowledge with 3D design tools such as Cinema 4D, Maya, 3DS Max, etc. Realtime 3D experience with engines like Unity, Unreal or shader development. Animation skills with After Effects, Nuke, Fusion or similar. Enthusiasm for or professional experience with video gaming or film making. A fun personality or interesting hobbies.
