Job Description - HR Systems & Data Analytics (f/m/d) (MER0003DFY) Description Mercedes-Benz Portugal is looking for an HR Systems and Data Analytics professional who will report directly to the HR head at Mercedes-Benz Portugal.
The mission of this function is to follow up HR Process and systems, currently responsible for the transition project from several HR systems to Workday. Responsible for monitoring and validation of payroll and HR administrative tasks with the involvement of an external payroll provider in order to guarantee compliance with local legislation, data protection, and employee satisfaction.
Main responsibilities: HR Payroll and administrative tasks (employees and expatriates)Responsible for input and update employee master data in HR systems.Secure required deadlines and quality standards in the payroll and HR administrative obligations.Interface with Payroll provider and Internal customers regarding hiring and leavings.Interface with fiscal consultants.Support the onboarding and offboarding process.Be an expert for all HR systems (benefits, payroll, holidays and HR admin systems) including reporting, file uploads and systems advice to business partners and colleagues.Assist in the development of new processes, systems, KPI's or procedures to meet the changing requirements of internal and/or external customers (e.g., digitalization, improving agility by simplifying tasks).HR responsible for the internal project HR Unicore (MBAG overall project to change/uniform HR systems worldwide).Planning and control of HR budget Responsible for the HR budget calculation in alignment with HQ and local Controlling team.Policies and HR compliance Define or review HR policies & guidelines, ensuring their implementation and communication.Managing, preparing and accompanying internal and external audits.Training Support training plan and its management.Qualifications: University degree in HR or similar area of studies.Preference for grounded knowledge in Payroll, HR systems, Data management.Familiar with local labor law legislation, with hands-on involvement in HR practices.Experience with employee relations.Expertise in digital tools and platforms.Knowledge of data protection and compliance.Added value for experience in other HR topics, like recruiting, performance evaluation, job description, others.What we offer: Contract with MBP.Hybrid working model.Health and Life Insurance.The chance to work in an exciting international environment.
