Will be reporting to the leader of the area, the main tasks would be:
Manage and coordinate the activities of the Soft Training area of the AMR Training Center to support the proper development of the business, collaborate in decision making, efficiently plan activities and meet the objectives of the area.Collaborate in the design and learning solutions that foster a high impact development culture.Data Management Manage and keep updated the information of the training platform at regional level in order to have useful information for reporting, follow-up and productivity control.Compile the training needs of the markets for the preparation of the annual schedule of activities.Course Logistics Coordinate the logistics of courses dictated by Training Center AMR throughout the region, in order to achieve the best development of the same in time and form.Research, develop and adapt the material delivered in the training courses, combining content provided by Scania, market trends and personal knowledge, in order to guarantee the currency of the material, aligning it with business strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction.Encourage the use of internal training platforms by creating online training plans.Minimum Requirements: Student - HR, Psychology, Pedagogy, or with Humanistic Orientation.Experience not less than 1 year in event/course logistics coordination and administrative control of tasks and expenses.Verifiable experience in Training areas.Experience in LMS and E-learning platforms.Availability to travel.English - Upper Intermediate Level (Excluential).Scania is a world leader company in transport solutions, such as trucks and buses for heavy transport applications, combined with a product-related service offering.
