Job Summary : As a Telemarketing Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone and promoting our products and services.

Your role is crucial in building relationships with customers, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of our telemarketing efforts.Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists or leads.
- Present and explain our products and services in a compelling and persuasive manner.

- Effectively overcome objections and handle rejection professionally.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.

- Collaborate with team members to share successful sales strategies and best practices.
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical telemarketing practices.Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in telemarketing or a related sales role.
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to handle objections and rejections gracefully.
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
