ResponsibilitiesExecute the full-cycle recruitment process:
Collaborate in developing comprehensive recruitment strategies to fill complex positions.Craft and post technical job descriptions.Oversee all candidate communications from application through onboarding.Source potential candidates on niche platforms, databases, and social media.Maintain accurate candidate information records in the database, ensuring data integrity to support KPIs tracking and informed decision-making.Conduct People Experience interviews and prepare feedback information according to PX procedures.Coordinate the steps of the recruiting process with all stakeholders involved.Provide candidates with detailed information about company culture, career advancement opportunities, professional growth, and benefits packages.Offer consistent feedback to all candidates throughout the process, regularly updating their status in our ATS.Attend and propose key events to promote the company culture and attract candidates.Participate in final selection processes, including salary negotiations and extending final offers.Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to strategically advertise open roles on various channels, including job boards, professional social networks, and the company careers page.Create a specific onboarding document for each new hire.Effectively execute the onboarding process, including pre-boarding communication and introduction to company culture and policies.Experience & Qualifications2 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully hiring for various IT roles.Demonstrated high aptitude for technical understanding and ability to assess candidate qualifications.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and peers.Self-motivated and capable of working independently, with the ability to hit the ground running immediately.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative in addressing challenges.Advanced proficiency in English (B2, C1)
