Talent Acquisition SpecialistAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with managers across the company to design and implement a recruiting strategy that supports Ready Set's ambitious growth plans.
You will be responsible for successfully implementing our hiring process and taking it to the next level.
What you'll doWork closely with Hiring Managers to help identify hiring needs and translate them into specific requirements.Collaborate to design different positioning strategies to help Ready Set's brand continue growing.Lead internal hiring and interviewing trainings to ensure consistency across the company.Collaborate with ATS implementation, training, and evangelization.Manage relationships with agencies to ensure efficiency in their support.Analyse data and build reports to constantly bring insights that help us improve our hiring process and fulfill our goals.What you are good atHR best practices: You have a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.You have 3+ years of experience recruiting for different locations (LATAM and US) and have the ability to interact with different working cultures.Your English is fluent (must!
).You have experience working with Applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse is a plus!
