Talent Acquisition Sourcer
- Research skills using online platforms and other technology
- Experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Boolean Search knowledge
- Experience of using Workday
- Ability to adapt to new ways of new technology and new ways of working
- Well established relationship management skills with clients (ETA team)
- A confident communicator who can engage in a discussion, listen and ascertain relevant information from clients and candidates
- You drive data-based recommendations and decisions, using your excel and reporting skills
- You bring strong critical thinking skills and the ability to assess situations strategically and develop a collaborative approach
- Understand the importance of have a correct information management
- Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
- Correct Information Security Management
