Job Description
In the position, you will hold a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining the operational facets of the talent acquisition function. This includes enhancing systems, refining processes, and effectively managing data to ensure a highly efficient and effective talent acquisition process.
??Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management and other recruitment technology tools.
Generate and ensure accuracy of offer letters
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ATS and other HR systems.
Create and implement efficient recruitment processes and workflows.
Generate and analyze recruitment data and analytics reports for insights.
Streamline and automate recruitment processes where possible.
Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks.
Support compliance with recruitment-related regulations and policies.
Train and onboard recruiters and hiring managers on system usage and processes.
Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to integrate and optimize recruitment Technoloy
?Qualifications
Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma or currently enrolled in a program
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.
Experience with Workday is a plus
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
Proven ability to stay organized, set priorities, learn quickly, and inspire confidence
Ability to complete multiple projects within established deadlines and work well under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
A strong grasp of technology, including MS office and Google Suite of products
