Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Lead – South Cone oversees the Global Talent Acquisition strategy and execution supporting HR Team and Business Leaders in Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay by leading the talent acquisition efforts for our company. These responsibilities may encompass:
- Developing and executing recruitment strategies specific to the markets, including utilizing local job boards, networking events, and targeted outreach to attract top diverse talent.
- Overseeing the full cycle of selection process, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay.
- Collaborating with hiring managers and business leaders in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay to understand their talent needs,
providing guidance on workforce planning, and offering solutions to attract and retain skilled diverse professionals.
- Using market insights and data to analyze talent acquisition trends in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
- Playing an active role in employer branding and promoting the organization as an employer of choice within the Argentina, Chile and Uruguay market.
- Engaging in the sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates, and managing the offer and negotiation process for the hires.
- Participating in the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process for the market.
- As a member of the Global Talent Acquisition LATAM Regional Leadership Team, develop and implement a compelling and sustainable regional vision and strategy for Global Talent Acquisition product lines and services.
- Leading,
motivating and encouraging people to deliver exceptional performance and build superior teams at all levels to develop a high performing and collaborative regional organization.
- Informing, influencing, and contributing effectively as part of the Global Talent Acquisition LATAM Leadership Team to deliver the agreed targets and outcomes.
- Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) management: collaborate, support, and lead the third-party vendor in Global Talent Acquisition to deliver outstanding results, value and impact.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional in the Talent Acquisition arena looking to develop additional experience in a regional role. They will possess excellent influencing skills and a balance between strong strategic & execution in end-to-end recruiting process. They will be able to lead & problem-solve across a wide variety of markets.
Knowledge, Experience and Education
- A mix of experience in search firms/RPO and companies with consolidated in-house Talent Acquisition will be a must.
- A proven track record of experience and tangible results in Global Talent Acquisition arena such as workforce planning, talent management, global talent acquisition, RPO management, executive search, university recruitment, sourcing and headhunting, marketing recruitment, and employer branding.
- 6+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition advisor with experience in search firms/RPO versus companies with consolidated in-house Talent Acquisition will be a must.
- Fluency in Spanish & English.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree level in a business-related discipline.
