In response to its continuous growth, IÉSEG School of Management is looking for a part-time Professor of Practice in Strategy at the Assistant, Senior or Principal Professor level (Lille or Paris Campus, starting September 2025).
He/She/They will be a part of the Management & Society Department.

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT The department of "Management & Society" consists of over 30 full-time academic staff in the areas of Corporate Sustainability, Business and Society, Organization Studies and Strategic Management.
The Department explicitly welcomes cross-disciplinary research efforts needed to address the challenges currently faced by both for-profit and non-profit organizations, their stakeholders and the communities in which they operate.

An overview of our diverse group of professors can be found here: Management & Society Department ABOUT THE POSITION Teaching will be the main focus of the selected candidate by teaching courses in Strategy at the undergraduate, graduate and/or postgraduate level.
In addition, he/she/they will contribute to the development of the Department's programs.
As such, we are looking for candidates with strong teaching skills , and who are fluent in English , as most courses are taught in this language.
Professional experience in the area of strategy and strategic consulting is required, as we are particularly seeking candidates who can contribute to the school's development and to its students through their practical expertise.
Although not required, active working knowledge of French is considered an asset .
For this position, the ability and willingness to interact with managers and the local (and international) ecosystems are indeed valued.
