Start-Up Team Recruiter & Organizer

HomeTeam Live is looking to Spin-up a Team in Buenos Aires and we need an experienced and energetic Human Resources/Recruiting person to partner with our US & Canada based teams to do this. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, extensive local contacts, and the ability to manage multiple quick-turn recruiting engagements for the Company. The ideal candidate will meet in person, in Buenos Aires, with our CEO for an organizational period, pre-plan and attend meetings, and follow-up working remotely after the visit. We live stream sporting events from Little League to the Pros - so a love of sports is a plus!
Job Responsibilities: Recruit & establish a team of Video Editors & Remote Camera Operators Assist with staffing & recruitment for the larger organization Establish infrastructure & working environment for the new team Assist with global payroll operations via Rippling Draft and manage HR documentation with the Chief Admin Officer Requirements: Fluent in business English, writing and speaking Experience with Rippling Global Payroll Platform a plus 3 years experience in recruiting Tech savvy with MS Office, Indeed, Google Docs, Docusign Job Types: Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $550,000.00 - $800,000.00 per month
Experience: Recruiting: 2 years (preferred) Rippling: 1 year (preferred)
