As Oncohematology Product Manager you will be responsible for brand plan and customer campaigns, responsible for developing the strategies and designing the commercial actions, launch and performance; working together with multidisciplinary teams, to ensure excellence in execution, deliver a great customer experience and brand success.
Your responsibilities: This position gives you the opportunity to lead key activities to advance in YOUR career, the main ones are:
Develop Marketing Strategies and Brand Tactic plans, based on customer needs. High level of interaction with Key Opinion Leaders and external to make sure the delivery of exceptional experience and messages Develop and nurture effective working relationship with Global counterparts to ensure local alignment to Global strategies and plans Provide ongoing analysis and conclusions of sales forces that have potential to impact business and take action to create opportunities and mitigate threats. Lead business meetings with internal partners (including Global teams) and roll-out of tactical initiatives Work cross-functionally to develop/understand robust financial forecasts Effective communication within the Brand Team Why YOU? Your qualifications: To achieve our goals we are looking for professionals with the following characteristics:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Heath or similar At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, Customer Management or Digital Marketing Knowledge of pharma marketing in Oncohematology or Specialties therapeutics lines is a must Experience in Omnichannel Marketing and Digital Marketing campaigns Advanced English level to maintained fluid conversations with global teams (required) Candidates with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team players and resolution capacity will be valued.
