THE ROLEAs a People Business Partner, you will be responsible for executing People policy, programming, and initiatives, with a strong focus on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging; performance management; talent strategy; employee experience; and HR compliance.
You will partner with the broader US People team to identify areas of opportunity and proactively address future needs to support the organization's continued growth and business goals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Serve as main People contact for employees and managers with timely/high empathy support for employee questions and concerns.Along with the Senior Director of People, execute a consistent process for identifying key talent to ensure that we motivate, grow, and retain the best talent.Execute global or regional People initiatives and programming, including communications and change management support.Ensure compliance with existing HR policies and procedures.Execute all aspects of the performance management process, including coaching managers to enable them to have candid conversations with employees about their performance, their development, and how they are measured.Manage internal mobility discussions with employees and other teams within DEPT®.Partner with managers and employees to promote learning & development programs in support of key business and people goals.Handle employee relations issues as they arise.Work with senior leadership to create and support a compensation strategy in line with DEPT®'s comp philosophy, and is responsive to the dynamic Argentina and LATAM financial market.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING 4 - 7 years of experience in People & Culture/Human Resources roles2+ years in a PBP or similar role within a digital agency environment is requiredYou are located ideally in Capital Federal or Gran Buenos Aires, and are open to working on-site 2-3 days a week in our office based in Villa Crespo where your direct team is based.
You possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English (an advanced conversational level is required).Strong experience with employee management and handling employee relations with the utmost care and discretionStrong experience with employee relations, performance management, internal communications, and other day-to-day responsibilities Solid understanding and knowledge of local employment lawStrong coaching skillsCritical thinker, customer-focused, collaborative, analyticalExceptional communication skills, polished presentation skillsExperience driving and implementing change, and an innovative, solution-oriented mindset WE SUPPORT YOU BEING YOU: DEPT® is an equal opportunity employer (EOE).
