Specialist, Commercial Compliance & Ethics

Description You're driven, resourceful, and above all else - remarkably smart. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and monitoring field-based expense reports specific to transfers of value with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) across multiple contracted field teams (i.e., sales, nurse, MSLs). You will be able to understand and apply comprehensive knowledge of operational parameters as it relates to the PhRMA code, CMS/federal/state regulations, company, and client specific compliance policies to identify violations related to HCP related spend. You will:

Perform second-level auditing and monitoring activities across multiple contracted commercial field employees expense reports, specific to transfers of value with HCPs. Identify and log HCP expense violations, send coaching memos to field employees for breaches of PhRMA code, company, and client specific policies; escalate potential concerns in a timely manner for appropriate action. Assist commercial compliance management team and Investigator via gathering evidence-based documentation and reports related to HCP expense violations. Provide monthly metrics and dashboards to compliance managers and analyst on respective client team performance. Coordinate with field-based employees and Commercial Compliance to assist in resolving HCP related expense issues; provide 1:1 direction and training to field employees to meet one-off training requirements and mitigate reoccurring violations. Essential Requirements: BA/BS degree. 2+ years' related experience. Desired Requirements: Travel and expense management experience. Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills.
