Our Solution Development team is on a mission to build an easy-to-use solution based on industry best practices and customer requests. We are looking for a bilingual Solution Architect to define the workflows, data models and UI for web and mobile pages. This role ensures that the end solution that is designed and sold to the client (including the different technical or service components) meets the client requirements.
Ideally you have demonstrated an excellent track record for transforming business needs into technical requirements, envisioning the end result based on customer needs and identifying opportunities to optimize the customer's current process. You should be a technically savvy, customer friendly, detail-oriented person. Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Translate Spanish-spoken meetings, notes and feedback into English for the English-speaking teamsTranslate English content, feedback, and documentation to Spanish for the customer to reviewStrong understanding of data models, relational database methodology, process flows and use casesDetermine technical constraints or limitations of proposed solution that is presented to the customerExperience gathering, writing and reviewing technical requirements documentsUpdate requirements based on change requests or UAT feedbackPlan environment with performance optimization and scalability in mindWork directly with clients to understand their needs, provide solution recommendations, and drive delivery of the solutionSupport pre-sales team in answering technical questionsAble to translate business needs to technical requirementsCollaborate with the Solution Developers to deliver a high quality systemCoordinate with Implementation Managers to maintain project schedule, and mitigate any delays by accurately providing time and effort estimatesDemonstrate technical leadership to deliver on-time/on-budget software by helping teams to accurately estimate effortDefine and maintain technical implementation documentationDevelop strong working relationships with other teams within the organization and foster cross team collaborationQualificationsExperience:
Fluent in Spanish and English - reading, writing and speakingBachelor's Degree (preferably computer science or engineering) with Two to Four years related experience in a professional services / client-facing capacityExperience defining specifications for APIs and technical workflowsAdvanced experience writing user stories or technical documentationGood technical knowledge of different Enterprise applications, integration, workflows, databases, etc.Ability to solve complex problems by applying creativity, innovation, and technical concepts.Strong organization, time management and prioritization skillsExperience with client services, project management, and solution deliveryAbility to envision and design complex solutionsHigh level of attention to detail, excellent follow through, and reliabilityExperience engaging with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgroundsPMP certification would be an advantageA commitment to doing the right things the right wayAdditional InformationPersonal Attributes:
