About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use): 09
The Team: S&P Global Market Intelligence's Investor Relations Services is a premier provider of market intelligence to issuers globally seeking to engage with institutional investors. Using a combination of advanced analytic technology and analyst expertise, we help issuers understand the "why" behind the purchase and sale of their company's stock and identify activist activities sooner. You will be part of the dynamic EMEA Corporate Advisory team, which provides corporate advisory services such as Shareholder Intelligence and Advisory to public companies based in EMEA.
Responsibilities and Impact: Provide clients with actionable insights into the activities of global institutional investors.Develop and maintain advisory relationships with the investor relations and executive teams of clients.Collaborate with researchers and analysts globally to identify client shareholders.Utilize analytical databases and proprietary information to support client engagement with institutional investors.Deliver regular and ad hoc reports on institutional investor movements and market-impacting topics.Contribute to the growth and enhancement of the team's service offerings.What We're Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: Knowledge of equity markets.Strong communication skills.Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Proficiency in Excel or data analytical tools.Analytical with strong problem-solving skills.Self-motivated, takes initiative, and enjoys new challenges.Comfortable working in a dynamic and global environment with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.1-3 years of work experience or equivalent.Additional Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.Investor relations experience.Experience in building strong relationships with IR executives at top European firms.Familiarity with S&P Global Market Intelligence's proprietary data for conducting analysis and generating new insights.About S&P Global Market Intelligence: At S&P Global Market Intelligence, a division of S&P Global we understand the importance of accurate, deep and insightful information.
