Your key responsibilities As a Vendor Onboarding Support Specialist, you will assist with the enablement, onboarding of vendors within client's procurement systems. You will ensure compliance with global client purchasing policies, promptly resolve discrepancies and manage exceptions.
Skills and attributes for success Assist the purchasing team in validating requirements to qualify vendors. Oversee onboarding of new vendors and manage vendor master data. Collect comprehensive supplier data to facilitate supplier integration in ERP. Activate suppliers in the P2P system. Develop and monitor procurement reports to detect transaction discrepancies and noncompliance issues, supporting monthly reporting procedures. Provide support to the P2P Enablement Manager in driving process excellence, reducing turnaround times, and enhancing compliance with Procurement policies and procedures. To qualify for the role you must have Advanced fluency in English and Spanish. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in procurement or purchasing. Proven experience in Contract and Compliance Management. Superior customer-focused mindset coupled with excellent communication skills. The ability to excel in dynamic environments, adapt to shifting priorities, handle multiple demands and thrive amidst rapid changes.
