Must Have: Advanced English skills, both written and verbal.Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer.Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Expertise in LAMP tech stack, specifically Linux, Apache, MariaDB, and PHP.Experience with CakePHP 4 and Wordpress.org.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a development backlog.Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a small team.Experience in integrating third-party services and APIs.
