MPR Mercedes-Benz Research and Development, India is seeking a Senior Program Manager who has a proven leadership experience & track record of managing global automotive Electrical/Electronic Powertrain Digital Validation in Software in loop (SiL)
Education Bachelors or Masters of Engineering in Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronics stream Experience 12-16 years of experience in Software in Loop (SiL) Development & Virtual ECU's Development, System Validation Job Responsibilities Lead the Software in Loop (SiL) Development team Ensure the SiL development for eDrivetrain Components & Systems. Develop virtual ECU's across eDrivetrain & Vehicle level SiL's Excellent knowledge of Silver, CANoE, NVDIA DriveSim, Linux based virtual ECU's & AutoSAR Excel in Stakeholder Management (internal and external) Responsible for People management & career development of the team Act as a first point of escalation for all project & business related queries As a part of leadership team, ensure alignment & implement SiL Development strategy in line with organization strategy Lead cross functional activities & collaborate with leadership team as needed Flexible to travel globally based on business need to participate in various supplier discussions, technical and management discussions Skills Required Extensive experience in automotive electronics/electrical Software in loop (SiL) in an OEM or Tier-1/2 environment Expertise in AutoSAR Good understanding of functionality of Electric and Hybrid ECUs Good understanding of SiL testing and exposure to SW test tools Good knowledge working in software in loop (MATLAB, Simulink, Dymola, Simscape, Silver) Atleast 3 -4 years of experience in people management, managing high complexity projects and diverse teams Advantage to global working experience Ability to intervene and resolve conflicts – technical, people and strategy Experience working with global /local teams Good experience of various quality standards & practices Demonstrates good business acumen & strong inter-personal skills Knowledge of German language is an addon Qualifications MPR Mercedes-Benz Research and Development, India is seeking a Senior Program Manager who has a proven leadership experience & track record of managing global automotive Electrical/Electronic Powertrain Digital Validation in Software in loop (SiL)
