Your missionJoin the Product & Strategy team responsible for the product portfolio management and product discovery process to ensure the marketability of our solutions.As product manager you will look after our portfolio to refine Cofinity-X' product roadmap to ensure our offerings are in line with customer and market requirementsAnalysis of market potentials, competitors to make sure we can stay ahead of the curve and offer what matters to our customers.Manage business plans for our products and develop assess financial viability for new products together with our finance teamPlanning, conception and delivery of new products in alignment with our agile software delivery organization; contribute to our PI-planning process to prioritize the most desired features to scale the Catena-X ecosystemCollaborate with our go to market and sales specialists to create compelling marketing assets to successfully position our product & services across various channels.Carry out ad-hoc analyses and communicate results in an understandable manner to the relevant stakeholders; we have a flat hierarchy and your voice will be heard Your profileAt least 3-5 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned area or in a comparable environmentBachelor/Master Degree or equivalents in Business Adminstration, Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related fieldIdeally experience in strategy consulting with 2-3 years of professional experience in this fieldYou have a strategic mindset and conceptual strength to analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutionsYou have very good analytical skills to analyze data and gain insights that contribute to the development of business strategies and decisionsYou work independently and in a structured manner and make independent decisions to successfully implement projectsKnowledge of cloud platforms and data visualizationVery good English language skills, other EU languages are welcomeHands-on mentality, interest and experience in SaaS, Software, Data Tech, Start-Up environment Why us?Hybrid working modelBalanced work-life balance with flexible working hours Annual training budget for continuous professional and personal development (1.500 EUR)Free choice of hardware, including private useMonthly lunch subsidy (up to 100 EUR)Deutschland Ticket for environmentally friendly mobility options
