A leader in security integrations, is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join their team in either Germany or France. This critical role supports clients in adopting and integrating products from the Network Security portfolio. The ideal candidate will actively support clients by being their day-to-day point of contact and advising on operational best practices. Responsibilities: Lead clients through the entire post-sales process, from onboarding to product expansion. Develop strong partnerships and become a trusted advisor to key stakeholders. Manage client service experiences to exceed their expectations. Use data and analytics to drive changes, updates, and improvements. Collaborate with support and engineering teams to monitor and resolve complex technical issues. Requirements: Fluent in English and either German or French. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or in cybersecurity. Strong consulting and project management skills, with preferred qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Network Security is a plus. We Offer: Full-time position (9 AM - 6 PM EMEA time), with the possibility of remote work.
