What you'll do: Handle officer changes (appointment, resignation, removal, and change in particulars).
Manage alterations of capital and transfer of shares.
Handle Convertible Notes, SAFE, ESOP adoption, and issuance.
Manage series funding rounds (Pre-series and Series A, B, C).
Oversee strike-offs and redomiciliation.
Register various forms of legal entities.
Process dividend declarations.
Oversee annual filings.
Manage redenomination of shares, capital consolidation, and subdivision of shares.
Handle share reductions and share swaps.
Prepare director and member resolutions based on specific requirements.
Who you are: Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate secretarial work.
Minimum Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Business Management, or Law.
CSIS qualification would be advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a team player.
Driven and capable of working independently with attention to detail and maintaining high performance under tight deadlines.
