Tekton Labs is seeking a Solution Engineer with Salesforce expertise to join our team in a key role positioned between a traditional consultant and a Solution Architect. Ideally, we are looking for someone with strong experience across Salesforce solutions, particularly in CPQ and Field Service, and a demonstrated ability to design and customize solutions tailored to diverse business needs. This role has potential to begin within the next 30-60 days, dependent on project confirmations in our pipeline.
Key Responsibilities Successfully build and implement Salesforce solutions across a range of declarative and custom tools, tailoring to diverse business needs.Configure Salesforce, including installation and setup of standard and custom objects, to ensure a cohesive and efficient data structure across the platform.Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce process automation with Flows, with a strong understanding of advanced configurations, best practices, and optimization techniques.Apply knowledge of the Salesforce sharing model, including role hierarchies, sharing rules, and record-level access controls.Exhibit expertise in the Salesforce Lead-to-Order process, managing leads, opportunities, quotes, and order creation, optimizing the entire Lead-to-Order lifecycle.Design user-centric interfaces within Salesforce using page layouts, record types, Lightning pages, dynamic forms, and screen flows, with a solid understanding of Lightning Web Components (LWC) to advise on optimal use.Coordinate Salesforce deployments and manage sandbox environments, ensuring smooth, timely releases using change sets and DevOps tools.Preferably, have knowledge of Apex classes, triggers, and scheduled jobs in Salesforce.Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.Provide guidance on Salesforce governor limits to ensure optimal performance and scalability.Document technical approaches according to functional designs, including specifications, process diagrams, and data mappings.Qualifications Significant experience in business process and Salesforce consulting.Deep understanding of Salesforce implementation and customization (5+ years of Salesforce CRM experience is a must).Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate them across disparate systems.Basic understanding of UX principles.Ability to perform high-quality work within deadlines, with or without direct supervision.Professional interaction with employees, clients, and suppliers.Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.Ability to work independently while understanding the need to communicate and coordinate with others.
